As we know eating right alone will not bring us to where we need to be so what is everyone doing for excercise? Personally I haven't done anything unless thinking about my next meal counts, haha. I did manage to clean my house some last night which should count for something.
I think most of us are in the same boat - too busy to find the time to work-out. I think we should brainstorm some easy exercises we can do to fit our busy life styles. Any and all suggestions are welcomed.
Does anyone know of any excercises that can be done while I sit on my rear 7 hours a day at work? I thought about doing lunges down the hallways but I might look a little ridiculous.

Well... you know how I feel about working out. Afterall, we did the gym for awhile!!
I can't stand the gym... I get SOOO bored... that's why Ging and I went together, which, btw...when we actually went, was a good way to get through the evening. Having someone you can be a partner in crime with helps SOOO much... much like this blog.
My exercise these days is dance. I line dance (and couple dance, two step) between 2-4 nights a week. Its social, and I work up a really great sweat while having fun. If I'm actually eating well, it DEFINITELY does work because I don't drink when I'm at these places. It messes up your equilibrium. I started off by taking lessons and went up from there.
Ging and I did a hip hop class for awhile, and I think that that worked also, a bit... but one night a week isn't enough.
